Welcome to our Jiu-Jitsu Foundations class! This no-gi class is suitable for all experience levels, including beginners.
This class focuses on proper technique and fundamentals, so you can expect to spend more time learning and practicing specific moves and techniques. Our experienced instructors will demonstrate and explain each activity in detail, helping you understand its mechanics and principles.
There will be some live rolling during the class, but it will not be the main focus. Instead, you will be able to practice the techniques you have learned with a partner to refine your skills and gain confidence in your ability to execute the moves effectively.
No special equipment is required for this class, although comfortable workout clothes are recommended. We also encourage you to bring a water bottle, as staying hydrated is essential during physical activity.
Whether you are brand new to Jiu-Jitsu or have some experience, our beginner’s class is the perfect way to hone your skills, develop proper technique, and gain a deeper understanding of this exciting martial art.
